High Heat Mat is a performance-driven class built around strength, control, and precision under heat. It’s structured, rhythmic, and designed to move with energy.

This is not a casual format—it requires presence, pacing, and the ability to lead a room with consistency and intensity.

To be considered, you must:

• Have prior rhythm-based teaching experience

• Be confident coaching to music and maintaining pace

• Demonstrate strong, clear cueing

• Lead with presence, energy, and control

• Be comfortable coaching in a heated environment

• Maintain high standards in both delivery and professionalism

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

.We’re looking for instructors who can create a high amount of energy in the room, hold attention, and deliver a structured, beat-driven experience from start to finish.

AUDITION FORMAT

Selected applicants will be invited to audition in-studio.

Audition includes:

• Teaching a short, pre-structured sequence

• Coaching to music (timing and musicality will be evaluated)

• Demonstrating control, pacing, and presence under heat
