We want you to leave our studio feeling like you just left the spa. Because you didn’t just get in a good sweat. You also somehow feel more refreshed than you do after your everything shower.
We’re the yoga space with personal space.
We do yoga for people who want to get in a good sweat-sesh without compromising
their personal space. Because you shouldn’t need to worry about someone three-legged-dogging their feet into your face while you try to relax. You in?
Chill out in a cold plunge.
Add a cold plunge session to your routine for that extra kick of recovery and refreshment, or come in just for a dip to chill out in our cold plunge room for a little extra luxury.

(Cold plunges are available as standalone experiences or included in select packages and membership plans.)
Here’s what you can expect when you come into the studio:
TOP-OF-THE-LINE YOGA EQUIPMENT
Long Manduka Pro mats, laid out when you arrive and included in your reservation.
Personal Manduka blocks, straps, and other props, provided at your mat for certain class types.
Freshly cleaned Manduka mat towels and hand towels.
COLD PLUNGE
Book solo or bring a friend to our serene cold plunge room is available as an add-on for after class or for drop-in sessions. Enjoy full immersion in a Blue Cube 66"CoreChill Elite Cold Plunge. It’s temperature controlled with self-cleaning filtration and we’ll have towels and hot showers, waiting for you when you’re done.
SERIOUS CLEANING SYSTEMS
We use high-tech, industrial cleaning systems that actually remove the grime, sweat, and stink left from the session prior. Because we believe yoga studios should feel like spas—and smell like them, too.
PERSONAL CHANGING ROOMS AND SHOWERS
Luxurious changing rooms, showers, vanities, hair tools, and spa-quality products are available for use to feel your best after class.
INFRARED HEAT
Not every class is heated, but for the ones that are, the infrared heat provides increased flexibility, improved circulation, and detoxification - and some will really get your heart beat pumping!
LOCKERS
Lockers (that actually lock) are available to keep your belongings secure during class. They come in a variety of sizes whether you’re rocking a belt bag or a computer bag, and even some tall enough for hanging clothes for those who like to get a sweat in before work (or Sunday brunch).
