Instructors:
Luxe Yoga is seeking experienced instructors who are motivated to take a step forward in their careers, joining us in a modern approach to yoga. Luxe Yoga instructors should bring a passion for their evolving practice and a sense of pride for their contributions.
Minimum experience and technical requirements:
200hr E-RYT
Additional desired skills and attributes:
A general understanding of anatomy
A broad knowledge of yoga culture and theory
Clear communication, instruction, queuing and demonstration
Receptive to feedback
Unique and distinguishable approach in designing and leading their classes
Creativity to curate engaging playlists for their class
Instructors must be physically able and present to perform their duties, which may include but is not limited to physical yoga poses, lifting and walking. In many cases, they may also be required to work early and/or late hours, and on the weekends.
Note, the following duties will not be expected as part of the instructor role, as we would prefer, they focus on bringing their best self through creative instruction and musicality. Management has intentionally carved these items out for separate roles to attend to.
Cleaning of equipment or rooms before/after class
Folding of laundry
Layout or stowing of equipment and props
Answering of phones or reception emails
