Brittany Kate’s journey into yoga began at the age of 13, when she was struggling with body image issues and faced a serious health challenge. Over the years, yoga became a source of strength and healing for Brittany, helping her build confidence, appreciation of her body, and a deep connection to herself. As an instructor, she is known for her creative sequencing that keeps classes engaging, dynamic, and accessible to all levels.
Brittany’s classes are inspired by her eclectic taste in music, with everything from classical and jazz to French pop finding its way into her playlists. Outside of the studio, Brittany is a passionate community organizer who hosts networking events focused on mind-body wellness and authentic connections that foster both community and personal growth.
A proud mother and lifelong learner, Brittany is currently working towards a degree in clinical psychology, with the intention of blending mental health practices with yoga. Brittany’s favorite yoga pose is savasana, the final resting pose, where she finds profound moments of release and peace. For Brittany, yoga is not just about physical challenge, but about self-acceptance, connection, and embracing the healing power of rest.
