As Studio Manager, Dez ensures the studio runs smoothly and efficiently. She is a driving force behind building lasting client relationships and fostering an inviting environment. And then there’s that voice. With its distinct, soothing quality, Dez’s voice is calming and unforgettable.

Her music playlists are as vibrant as her personality, featuring foreign songs that stir emotions and create immersive experiences. Outside of yoga, Dez takes mindfulness to heart, finding grounding in nature, catching free jazz at Axelrad, or savoring tacos at Avant Garden’s poetry nights.
