Emilly Martinez serves as Luxe Yoga's Operations & Client Experience Lead, overseeing the systems, support teams, and client experience that help the studio operate at its highest level. Since joining Luxe in 2025, she has become an integral part of the studio's growth, known for her attention to detail, thoughtful problem-solving, and genuine care for clients.

A longtime yoga practitioner, Emilly believes movement has the power to build resilience, confidence, and connection. Whether she's helping a new client feel at home, supporting the team behind the scenes, or refining the studio experience, her focus remains the same: creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered.

Outside the studio, you'll find her tending to her ever-growing plant collection, cold plunging, reading, or exploring Houston's arts and culture scene.
