Pam Urcid’s yoga journey began over a decade ago, drawn in by the allure of yoga’s mystery and the lifestyle it embodies. With 11 years of personal practice and 9 years of teaching experience, Pam has earned her E-RYT 500 certification and Trauma-Informed Yoga Level II training. She is passionate about weaving creativity into her classes, encouraging students to explore new movements and deepen their awareness of body and breath.
Known for her innovative sequencing and artistic approach to asana, Pam brings a refreshing energy to her classes. Her playlists, often featuring the soulful sounds of Emmit Fenn, enhance the flow of the practice, bringing an additional layer of depth to the experience.
Outside of yoga, Pam maintains a strong commitment to fitness, enjoying gym workouts, group fitness classes, and running. She is most proud of achieving financial independence through teaching yoga and building her own coffee business from the ground up. Pam is a true believer in pursuing passions with dedication and determination. In her free time, you can find her at one of her favorite Houston spots, like Tenfold for specialty coffee, enjoying a meal at Pondicheri, or taking in the beauty of the Eastern Glades or Buffalo Bayou Park when the weather is just right.
