Stephanie Ann’s yoga journey began in 1997 as a personal pursuit to manage migraines, stress, and injuries. With extensive training in both yoga and fitness, including 2024 Mat and Reformer certifications, a 2001 personal training certification, and Reiki Level 2 training in 2017, Stephanie brings a holistic approach to her teaching. Her classes blend strength, mobility, and flow, encouraging students to embrace their bodies and push their limits in a supportive environment.

Known for her empowering presence and challenging teaching style, Stephanie creates a dynamic and inclusive atmosphere in her classes. Stephanie brings a contagious energy that motivates students to show up for themselves. Her classes are designed to build both physical strength and mental resilience, with killer playlists (Beyoncé is a favorite) that inspire movement and keep the vibe high. Students appreciate her as their personal cheerleader, always encouraging them to go further while respecting their unique abilities and limitations.

When she’s not teaching, Stephanie enjoys dancing, indulging in Tex-Mex, hunting for luxury consignment finds, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. A self-proclaimed animal lover, she finds joy in spending time with her pets and exploring the vibrant city of Houston.
